I switched to using gummie vitamins because I don't choke on them. Now I am restarting a low carb diet.

Personally I eat the gummy with and haven't noticed a big deal- depends how strictly you are.y bf eats them too and Jos six pack is out of control. With the small level of carbs in there I seriously doubt it's a big deal! But that's my two cents
