So, last time I experienced successful weight loss, I did WW, then a year or so later, tried it again, failed. For the last year, I had hit Starbucks pretty hard for frappuccinos, besides costing $25 a week, I realized all of the empty calories and carbs weren't doing me any favors. I quit them 2 weeks ago. I was going to do a keto diet, but I am unable to control my protein intake, and I am not getting enough fat.
I am going to buy some MCT oil today. I have been low carbing for 13 days, lost 4lbs.
and no inches lost, been keeping kcals around 1300.
Any help with eating more fat, less protein? I do not drink coffee nor eat any type of seafood.
