Default A history of how and why we got it so wrong.

Wall Street journal article summarizing many of the points I've made the past months. Good read.

BTW America seems to be getting it. Butter sales at 40 year highs. Margarine at 70 year lows. Cereals down 5.5 percent just the last year. A store by my house has massive displays of coconut oil. Even the Walmart, which I try not to go to but it is across the street, has Kerrygold grass fed butter now. That blew me away. Was very nice to see.

Oh just wanted to add here because people might come to a new thread, I am now using US Wellness a lot. Awesome grass fed products. The roasts, steaks, tallow have been amazing. I just ordered more of that and liverwurst and bison liver. My next frontier is trying to eat organ meats. Pushing myself because I didn't grow up on them, but I've heard great things about them.

More power to you if you can actually gag down that bison liver! I have made some changes to my diet, but I can't envision my taste buds ever allowing that to slide down. I will have to wait until I get done with school and get a real job before I buy most of my meat from US Wellness, though. However, I have heard from more than one person that their stuff is quality.

I like chicken liver once in a great while, but I'm not terribly fond of beef liver. My mother loved tripe, but I never liked it much.

Anyway, if you're looking for a new frontier to push your comfort zone, you could try this:
