Another article I just found. For those unfamiliar there was a 2010 meta study of 348,000 people finding no link between saturated fat and heart disease. Now a 600,000 person study.
As important Sweeden has been eating more and more butter last 15 years. Heart attack rates going down.
In 5 years you are going to hear the low fat advice was all wrong. Too much social media and peer to peer info sharing. I had to relearn everything myself. I first used coconut oil in January. When I read the saturated fat content, I paused. But the info I had been reading was ironclad. I was 232 on January second. 202 today. Never healthier on coconut oil.
So I hope people start now changing if they haven't yet and no wait five years.
