If you were on your 1st week of low carb, but you had to cheat...
which option would you choose?
Consider this, you WILL have an apple and plain greek yogurt for breakfast
HOWEVER, you have to add one of these options for later on in the day:
Banana OR a bowl of oatmeal.

1 cup banana = 51 carbs
1 cup oatmeal = 28 carbs
I'd chose oatmeal.
