Default Ketosis and a Keto-break!

I have been in Ketosis for about two months, and I took a weekend break + Canada day break. Now, it's Wednesday and I just urinated on a keto stick that says I'm back in Keto. Is this true or can it just be a false positive?

The Overweightress!
my story and struggles.

Ketostix can only tell you if you're burning fat. You could be burning dietary fat and not be in ketosis. That's why the sticks are unreliable.
