Anyone up for a 30 day 80/20 Primal challenge?
I enjoy Primal. I eat bacon, lose weight and feel great. But too often, my inner fat chick rebels against the carb restrictions. I'd like to develop a habit, or rather inhabit a lifestyle that encourages my skinny chick and fat chick to live in harmony.
As such, I'd like to embrace the 80/20. Anyone else game?
I'm open to format, but my initial thought is to count actual meals. For every four meals that are Primal pure, we've one meal that can be Primal diluted - but with full disclosure as to the dilution to keep the fat chick honest.
Thoughts?
