according to MFP, a cup of broccolini has 25 calories, 5 carbs, 3 fiber, 3 protein. So net 2 carbs I guess? I don't do net carbs, I just count all of them and know what numbers work for me that way.
In any case, broccolini is FABULOUS, one of my favorite veggies. Enjoy!!
