While I haven't had cow milk in a year or so, since doing low carb I'd been having some cream cheese or heavy whipped cream. I'd put a few table spoons of cream over berries or adding a packet of stevia to the cream cheese.
But I haven't been able to lose weight and so I don't think I've had heavy whipped cream or cream cheese for 2 days and the scale finally moved a bit this morning.
SO.. I am ready to let go of cheese & cream completely. Not sure on Butter but I guess I might as well? Thoughts on butter?
