Hi everyone, I was exclusively a calorie counter until recently. Started Atkins induction today. Never thought this would be be diet for me, not huge on meat in general but I feel like with including veggies and most of all my two favorite snacks (pickles and pork rinds) I can do this! Anyone else starting induction? Let's keep each other on track with weekly weigh ins and even meal postings
