My daily aim is under 20, but I don't punish myself if it gets to around 50. I'm also eating as paleo as possible (couldn't part with cheese), so my carbs are largely vegetables. I allow myself a protein smoothie once a week with fruit and goats milk as well.
Between 100 and 200 grams for breakfast depending on what I'm intended to do during the day. Then it varies, because I eat a lot of fruits as snacks all day long. But I never considered myself as someone low-carbing.
