Just thought I would start a new thread for us.
Im easing into this. limiting grains and dairy first(down to 2oz milk a day with my coffee) Been grain free for 3 days so far. I also have some grass fed beef, and free range poultry on its way. My father is in the hospital and I will be traveling up to where he is, tomorrow and will most likely, not be here when it's delivered. I have a friend coming that will put it in the freezer for me. Not sure how my eating will go while I'm gone, I will just do the best I can as I go.
