Help me make a diet plan lol.
My boyfriend bought me $150 of the quest bars because I like them so much. Its been like a year since I did serious low carb- and I just really need to lose weight.
I suppose I could do 2 bars a day + a lean and green or something (since they are about 160-200 cals each?)
or maybe 3? They are super high in protein and fiber.
He bought me 3 boxes of each of the samplers, i can get nutritional info if it helps? Thanks!
