3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - would mediweight clinic be on this forum

I have been over on the Weight Watchers forum for years but just started
the Mediweightloss clinic diet. Its low carb so I wondered which forum might have others that have tried this.

This is my first week & I am having migraines & heart racing so I quit the Fat Burner Pills until I talk to them. I didn't use any of the prescription appetite pills because of my borderline high blood pressure . Wondering if the headaches are from the B12 & B6 shots or from the low carb diet itself.

I think the low carb is something that will work for me because it curbs my appetite so much but I am not so sure about these shots. If I don't do the B Shots or any of the Fat Burner or Rx Pills basically what I have left is a low carb diet with vitamins, which I could do without the clinic.

I have 20 lbs I want to lose and found a coupon that made the clinc pretty cheap so I thought I would try it. I have been trying to lose the same 20 lbs for 10 years..
