Default low carb diet is good for pcos

I was just looking around on line and I found out that A low carb diet is good for people with polly cystic ovarian syndrome. It has something to do with it reduceing the spikes in insuline. I 'm kind of upset about this why didn't my doctor tell me about this along time ago it would have help me. So if you or someone you know has this condition then tell them a low carb program will work for them.
