I learned a quick easy way to make eggs. Especially for women on the go. I was getting sick of boiled eggs so my mother showed me how to make microwave scrambled eggs.
2 eggs
little bit of butter
2 teaspoons of skim milk
Cheese (or whatever you want to add I thought about creating a omelet.)
Stir then put in the microwave for 45 seconds, stir again put back in for 30 seconds. They should be done and if not add 10 seconds at a time until nice and fluffy.
My boys love this in the morning for breakfast it is quick and easy. Plus it has gotten me over the boiled egg boredom.
