I just bought some greek yogurt yesterday. I tried it just plain, I think it was pretty gross. haha. Today I am going to try and just blend some fruit with it and some fat free milk.
I also bought some walnuts, they helped a lot yesterday. I would just eat like a couple every few hours, helped me to stay satisfied.
LOL It is pretty bad plain.
I buy it plain and add my own stuff because I don't like what the companies add to the flavored kinds.
$6 for pepperoni! Yikes! I usually get a package for $3.50 or so.
My hubby and I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein powder - we find it in big containers at Walmart. For 1 scoop: 140 cal, 2 fat, 3.5 carbs, and 26!! protein. It really fills you up for a while, and this brand tastes the best I have found so far (we get chocolate). It's so good it's almost a treat.
Is it ok to have a Protein Shake as a snack? I always thought they were for meal substitutions that's why I never tried them, but I have always been interested in them.
