Default New low carb health study

Preliminary but promising results for a low carb diet. This doesn't seem like new news to me, but I guess more evidence is good.

This is interesting. There is no shortage of science and research backing the health benefits of low-carb diets. Regarding the high fat concerns, I've seen additional research that cholesterol levels and other health markers are more correlated with eating too much food than the type of foods eaten.

I thought this issue was settled. Guess I was wrong.

Fat isn't the problem.

Chronic stress and no exercise are the enviormental culprits. N3/N6 ratio and excess calories are the dietary culprits.
