Whole9 workshop - worth investing in?
 

The Whole9 "foundations of nutrition" workshop is going to be available in my town, and it's an 8 hour day for $100. Has anyone attended one of these and would you say it's worth the funds? I haven't really researched their website yet but it seemed like an interesting way to get an in-depth intro to the way of life.
