So its been a long time I havent been here. I have failed a lot and I am now standing stronger to lose weight.
I have been reading a lot about a diet that is very low in carbs, low in fat and high in protein. I have no idea what is it in English since I read it in Spanish. In Spanish it is called Dieta cegotenica. Would it be Keto diet? I dont think so coz it doesnt have as much fat as the keto!
Im a female, 29yrs old, 75kg, have a 2 year old son, and was 64 when I got married. If someone else tells me 'you have to accept yourself, you wont be like before' again, i will be so mad!!!!!!!!
Anyway, I am only going to take carbs from vegetables.
I am dropping out:
fruits (for the first 15 days)
milk (for the first 15 days)
any kind of bread (for the first 15 days)
Chicken, fish, lean beef, tuna
Veggies (remaining ones)
I'm going to have around 3-4tbsp olive oil
I'm eating 1-2 eggs a day
Low fat smoked turkey breast
Cheese and yogurt (I know milk is a no, but they say these are ok)
1tbsp low fat mayonnaise
sugar free Jello - 1 portion a day
Food will be grilled, and Im so happy about being able to have cesar salad!
I can make it with 2 chicken breasts in slices, lettuce, parmesan cheese, and the dressing would be from 1tbsp low fat mayo, garlic, anchovie, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and salt. Delicious!
Im doing this diet first of all for 15 days, and from there I see if I extend it a little more. My goal is to lose a lot before June 29.
Anyway, Im also going to do 1 hour cardio by alternating days at gym, so we will see how it goes.
