Just sayin'- I'm close to finishing a Whole 30 but it's TOM and boy, am I craving! GIVE ME CHOCOLATE!!!!
What are some good strategies for not blowing my plan by pouncing on the nearest leftover chocolate easter bunny and ripping his chocolate ears off of his chocolate head??
I guess what I'm asking is that my body is craving the chocolate in response to the TOM- is there something else I can substitute that will make those cravings go away?
Exercise and Orgasms excluded, this is a working environment!
