  • Arms are the worst. But! Wow! What results! This is a great way of eating. I'm relaxing my diet this weekend, but I'll be back for next month. Just not quite as strict.

    You lost 12 pounds, too. That is so awesome! I'm glad I found the primal website. It has really helped me stay focused. I'm also very happy with losing a pound a week. When I see it this way, I can tell I am still losing. I was getting discouraged because it seemed to be coming off so slowly, but now I know that it's still working. Thanks for the inspiring me!
