It was a great documentary and I felt like I had a "duh" moment when watching it. I have been concerned about diabetes because both sides of my family have it mainly because of diet. So I was thinking already about putting myself on a diabetes friendly diet to help prevent it. After watching this video I cut the carbs, haven't even focused on calories, and have lost 3 lbs in 5 days.
