Yes, this video!! I was just looking for it the other day and couldn't think of what it was called. I sat and watched it all one day, it was FASCINATING. As someone whose body responds poorly to sugar and carb intake, I found it really helpful to hear the science behind why that is, and exactly what happens in the body to make me feel so crummy.
Definitely recommend it if you're interested at all in the science behind nutrition.
