Eggs--How Many Are Too Many?

I am doing moderate carbs and was wondering how many eggs per day is TOO many? I do not have a choleresterol problem.

I think 2-3 a day a few times (3-4) is fine. That's what I have. All farm (free range) eggs.

I typically eat 2-4 eggs a day. BTW, that whole eggs cause cholesterol problems has been proven to be pretty much a myth.

Oh yeah. And I cook mine in grass fed butter (Kerrygold from Trader Joe's) or good quality bacon grease. Yum.

The food-cholesterol connection has been proven to be false. People make the cholesterol in their body, and if they make too much, there is a problem, it is not the cholesterol in food that causes buildup. Eat as many eggs as you want, eggs are a self-limiting food, you will stop when you've had enough.
