I started Pig2Twig on Monday. I weighed daily up to Friday, although it tells you not to but hey. Didn't weigh yesterday, thought I'd try and hang on until Monday.
However, I felt hungry a lot of the time yesterday, and I'm worried about the littlest dog, who's been unwell - at 14, she can't have too long to go and I want to make sure I do the right thing by her. I know I still need to do a Lot of work about emotional eating but at least I ate only OP, just more than I normally would, over 2,000 calories!
So I thought I'd make sure I got back on the scales today. If it was beginning to lurk in my head that I'd blown it, I knew it would only be a short step to falling off this bally waggon yet again. I got on in fear and trembling.
I'VE ONLY GONE AND LOST ANOTHER 2LBS
THAT'S 7LBS IN 6 DAYS!
Ahem. I'm happy.
