I used to come to this site a few years ago, did pretty well on my low carb way of life for about 4- 5 months, lost about 40 pounds and was very happy. Well, with the weight loss came a regular menstrual cycle, and with that came my pregnancy! LOL hubby and I were excited but I knew that it would mark the end of my weight loss. Here I am now, my baby is almost 9 months old, and I am at the highest weight in my entire life! I regained some badddd eating habits during my pregnancy and am having a hard time breaking them again!! I am trying to get back on track and hopefully get set in my new way of eating because we are hoping to try for our second baby in August ( I have to plan it according to my school schedue, I am a teacher.
) and I want to be sure that this time I don't gain so much when I get pregnant!
ANyways, I am here for some support and I got lots of it last time! Ill welcome any words of advice!! Thanks!
