Default 6 tablespoons of olive oil a day?

I'm oversimplifying this, but I have a question. I am thinking about returning to this way of eating after several years of not doing it and the subsequent weight gain. I'm probably going to do Protein Power, but this question generally applies to any of the low-carb diets, I think.

I don't want to go under 1200 calories. With Protein Power, I'm supposed to eat 30 carbs a day to start and 67 grams of protein for my body weight. That's roughly 425 calories. That means that I have to eat 775 calories of fat. That seems like a lot to me. Is this normal? Doable? I just can't imagine adding that much fat to my small amounts of protein and carbs. Do you just drink it out of the bottle (j/k--well sort of)??

It's been a while since I read the Protein Power book - but isn't the 67g of protein a minimum, not a maximum (meaning that your 775 calories can be made up of additional protein as well as fat)?
