Default Vegetarian and Atkins marriage

Okay I am not really vegetarian but I can't handle red meat more than once a week and prefer no meat most of the time.
Hubby is doing Atkins.
Anyone else have this problem??

Right now I am just cooking two things with extra so we both have left overs
for the next night. I froze some individual steaks for him to grill.
He doesn't like to help in the kitchen but cooking 2 meals is too much.

I am going to try having him grill more often and have extra for lunch/leftovers.

Any ideas about good things to cook and freeze in individual portions.
My meals are easy ....egg sandwich/soup ect

I think the person doing the cooking gets to pick, the person being served can eat it or make his/her own.

I googled vegetarian atkins and a TON of stuff came up I'm sure with that you can find stuff easier to freeze- but I have to agree that hubby needs to start helping out a bit more with the cooking, even if it's like you cook one day, he cooks the next, or he does all the dishes since you cooked the meals. That's how it works in my house- I do all the cooking but my husband washes the dishes- works for us.
