Wow, read about this on another site, thought I'd give it a try. I get mild cravings for something chocolate in the evenings.....
The unsweetened chocolate almond breeze with 5 drops of pure liquid/vanilla stevia and some benefiber over ice(only ONCE a day max. for sure---this could be easily abused!).....YUM!
This will help me stay OP for sure!!!!!
I'll be watching this carefully to see if it is a staller<---seems too good to be true like the flax minute muffins.
