    I've lost 7 pounds!! Woo hoo! It's so nice to see my hard work paying off! I'm going to yoga tonight for my exercise. How is everyone else doing?

    Way to go!!! When you see the numbers on the scale it is such a motivator. Keep up the good work!!!

    I weigh in tomorrow so I hope I am as lucky as you and see the numbers go down!!!!
