i'm farely new to joining but have followed this site for about 3 years...and i was wondering if anyone has ever done the beyond atkins? i find this forum has a very kind and friendly group that is very inspiring as well....i have been down and out and came over to this site and was very comforted on not giving up
i look 4ward to all and ny experiences on this or anything relatively similar.
