Um... I have not personally had success with low carb, but others on here have. I did South Beach for a couple of weeks but suffered headaches and lethargy, so I abandoned it.
But, I would suggest eggs (which I could eat every day) and nuts to replace some of the meat. Also, some grains might work, though I'm not sure. Quinoa, for instance, has something like 9 grams of protein per serving. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to say, but good luck to you!
