How much meat are you eating? I have never read the complete Lean for Life, so I do not really know the program. But from what I read in the book Living the Low Carb Life, you are supposed to get your protein from meat, cheese and nuts. Are you eatting any nuts or cheese? Raw, unsalted almonds and macadamias are the best. But I also like raw, unsalted sunflower seeds. All the work to get them out of the shell is keeps you from over eating. Post a sample of you daily food. I am sure someone here can help you.
