What is everyone having for dinner tonight? I need some new ideas!!

Last night i had chicken tenderloins with mashed cauliflower.

I'm having about 6oz of pork ribs and 1 cup of baked zucchini slices tossed in olive oil and chili powder. I love cooking zucchini that way--it's flavorful and kinda fun I can only have 1 cup of those kinda veggies a day, so I like this option.
