Azure's September Goal:
Get some sort of exercise -every day- for at least 20 minutes. I'll be using my Heart Rate Monitor (nice Polar one I got for Christmas for my boy!) to track my calories burned.

Alie's September goal is to do 50 miles (elliptical and walking)

So far 59.3/50 done!! Exceeded my goal!!

2 - 1.2 miles elliptical
3 - 1.3 m elliptical and 1.6 m walking
4 - 1.5 m elliptical and 2.7 m walking
5 - 1.5 m elliptical and 1.6 m walking

8 - 1.5 m elliptical and 1.8 m walking
9 - 2.0 m elliptical AND 2.0 m walking 80 mins total
