I'm September Psyched - I'm committed to losing 23lbs by Halloween . . . hmmmmmmm . . . ok - I pledge to lose 12lbs of it in September. Already know that with Rams Opener/Football Parties this will be a rough go - so will need to:

Stay with 100oz H20 daily

Stay OP & Induction-like grams

Plan lc goodies for tailgate weekly

Some form of exercise daily - Hellllloooo weight room!

Limit Sunday Afternoon Bud Lights - naaaawwww, cancel that - just ain't happening!

Good Luck Everyone!

Cool Ok, I am writing it so I had better keep to it..

I think finding this thread is fantastic. I will:
stay on plan
exercise each day, even fo r30 minutes, recum bike, walk
drink water (4 to 6 glasses)

move more and my Sept goal.......

3 lbs down from today. Realistic, I think.

Stay focused and stay strong everyone!

I try for 6 glasses but man, I am constantly running to the bathroom. Not practical in my line of work.

Well... here we are! ONE day to go! That sure was a quick month!!

I have to say that I did pretty well this month. I met my carb goal 95% of the month and exceeded my exercise goal ...... But fell short on my weight goal, that is okay though because I set a really high goal for myself there!

I hope everyone else had success with their goals this month!

ARRGGHH! Well, I got close but didn't quite make my September Goals. I had the worst weekend as far as PMS water weight. I actually gained 8 lbs in a single day (Sat morn vs Sun morn) I'm not even gonna change my ticker, as I don't want to depress myself. At least I got very close to my exercise goal, just another hour would have gotten me there.

Time to get serious about my October goals.
