Well, breakfast doesn't HAVE to equal typical breakfast food. If you like pork or beef or chicken, you could have an entree for breakfast :) Veggie + Meat of your Choice. It's a nice way to break up the monotony--and it'll definitely leave you satisfied!

I just read a recipe that I may try on the weekend - Pumpkin Custard

mix 3 eggs
3-4 tbls of no sugar added pumpkin
splash of cream

Nuke til hot stirring a few times - sprinkle with cinnamon or a squirt of whipped cream

I'm usually making my lunch and supper when I wake up - sooo usually eat part of either - like the entree type food azure described.

Wow jerserygyrl those are some great recipes. I'm going to have to save that site. :) Breakfast is actually my favorite meal. I love bacon and sausage! But can also get tired of that too. I just made the cream cheese muffins today so will have one in the morning. I just ate 2 :-0 and kind a made my tummy hurt.

Not sure of total carbs - it was just something a Poster had for breakfast at another site. I think theres something like 9 total grams in a 1/2 cup of pumpkin - this calls for 2-3 Tablespoons . . . the other carbs would be from the splash of heavy cream. I think I forgot to say she used liquid sweetener to taste.

I'm hungry NOW for it - lol!:o

Gosh these quiche's look so yummy. I am a lowcarb wannabe and I think you lowcarbers eat a lot better than the WW diet plans. All these quiche recipes are the answer for breakfast treats and you don't have to eat scrambled eggs every day. Well I imagine one could use the eggbeaters too if they were watching their cholesterol...thanks a bunch for these recipes...bj

i tried the tuna muffins and i personally would add a bit of mayo becasue they were kinda dry - but otherwise i think a good option
also i tried the cream cheese muffins and although a good sub i found that i really hate the taste of spenda in baked goods - i would rather not eat it at all.
