Whats going on w my program? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello all, OK I felt horrible my first 3 days of Atkins but I weathered it out. Then I felt great (the headaches were gone and no cravings)!

Now I am on my second week of induction and I am having really bad cravings and headaches again. Plus I ate how I normally would yesterday and I gained 1.5 lbs (my Keto stix are still pink). My cravings are BAD all of a sudden. UGH!

Please give me feed back on what you think may be happening I don't want to get discouraged but I feel crappy again. Is that normal?? PLEASE HELP!!

I don't mean to be too nosy, but is it perhaps your PMS time? Sometimes in the first part of Atkins the cravings and water retention hit even if you stay on plan. Just try to tough it out!
