Default woo hoo ketosis!!

For those of you who knew I was stressing about me stix here is an update...
I started induction last Sunday and am down 5 lbs and my stix are moderate for ketosis. I am sticking to it!! (very difficult for a sugar junkie) For some reason I am not struggling as much with the sugar addidtion this time. In this past I haven't done so well because my cravings get a hold of me and torture me until I give in Thanks for all of the encouragement and feedback! It is really helpful to those of us who are starting out

Way to go! I also started low carbing it this week. The cravings aren't too bad for me, especially since I eat protien whenever I get one, but the headaches are phenomenal.
I've also found that my appetite is way down. Not to say I'm not always thinking of food, but the rumbling is much quieter, and I really am starting to distinguish between boredom and hunger.

All the best in your success. We can do this!

YAY! Congrats on the 5lbs, and for sticking with it. It will get easier.

Laura G- I also have been suffering from crazy headaches. My worst day was the second. Holy cow I could hardly function. They haven't been quite as bad as that day but they come and go. Good job-hang in there with me!

My Cravings reduce once I saw results on the diet. Then when I crave or see someone eating something loaded with carbs. I think of how hard I've worked to get where I'm at now and fight temptation. Its not easy but I've got to keep up the good work.
