Is Decaf Coffee OK for induction?

Yes, according to the book it is.

Yes the book says it's okay I believe. I actually just drank regular but I only drink a cup a day and didn't seem to hurt me.

I also drank a cup of regular coffee after the first two weeks, and it didn't seem to matter.

I actually drank regular coffee today again...but I too only drink one cup -- it's probably less than that because I never seem to finish it. :D

Thanks for the info - I have the book and I could have just looked too. Oops.

Well it's day two and I'm doing good. It helps that I made all of my meals in the beginning of the week I think. Takes the guess work out of "what am I going to eat today" and veers me away from grabbing the easy-to-eat-foods.
