Hi everyone - I was on this site a while back and did Atkins for a short time before really falling off the wagon. Then recently, I've been feeling so depressed about my weight. So today I am starting it once again.
Last night I went to the store and bought all the induction foods I'm supposed to stick to. Then last night I cooked a bunch off foods and pre-packaged them for myself so I can grab "good foods" when I'm hungry and not go to the cereals or other foods I seem to gravitate to!
I tried slowing myself off coffee/caffine. I did have about 1/4 cup of coffee today...I don't want to get a headache and decided to just slowly go off of it. Today should be my last day - I feel fine without it already.
This time around I tried prepping for the food intake and really trying hard to mentally put myself into this. Before I think I lacked all of that. Coming here was always so great for me before - any encouragment is greatly appreciated!
