Thumbs up Discouraged?? READ THIS
Hello. I am on day nine of adkins. Within 3 days of starting, I had lost 2#. Then for the next 4 days, my weight didn't budge (discouraging), but I kept the faith and trudged on telling myself that I would give it two weeks. Well, today I stepped on the scales and I am down 3.4# more for a total of 5.4#. It is like overnight I just dropped them. So please stick with it. It is working. Also, if you feel like crap and have the headaches. I had these and suddenly on day 8 it just all went away and I feel great. Keep your small goals in mind. (I find it ironic that we have a dancing carrot on adkins!! We need a dancing asparagus!)
