  • I didnt do as good last month as I was hoping, I managed 24.07 miles. Pretty good considering most of that was in the last 2 weeks of the month.

    1. yard work 7 1/2 hrs. moved a tree, mowed, weeded flower beds, raked
    2. 4 hrs. weeding flower beds, raking and shoveling
    3. worked in garden and flower beds for 30 min's
    4. planted 9 hedges, planted 4 rows of corn and 4 rows of squash, watered all
    5. moved huge bricks into back yard, covered plants

    7. heavy house cleaning, 2 hrs.
    8. walked 2 miles on treadmill, made it about 5 min's on Yoga Ab routine.

    April 14- FIRM SUPER SCULPTING (thighs were jelly after this...)
    April 15- Yoga Booty Ballet Hip Hop Abs (fun, but instructors are so flakey!!)
