April Exercise Thread
I didnt do as good last month as I was hoping, I managed 24.07 miles. Pretty good considering most of that was in the last 2 weeks of the month.

1. yard work 7 1/2 hrs. moved a tree, mowed, weeded flower beds, raked 2. 4 hrs. weeding flower beds, raking and shoveling 3. worked in garden and flower beds for 30 min's 4. planted 9 hedges, planted 4 rows of corn and 4 rows of squash, watered all 5. moved huge bricks into back yard, covered plants 6. 7. heavy house cleaning, 2 hrs. 8. walked 2 miles on treadmill, made it about 5 min's on Yoga Ab routine. 9. walked 1 mile on treadmill 10. walked 2 miles on treadmill 11. walked 2.5 miles on treadmill, did 8 loads of laundry and put it up, 30 min's of floor exercises for legs and AB's. 12. walked 2.5 miles on treadmill 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. took 3 yr. old GS fishing at the pond, lots of running keeping up with him 18. gone fishing 19. 20 gone fishing 21. walked 1 mile on treadmill, planted 2 rows of squash, watered hedges 22. walked 1 mile on treadmill 23. walked 1 mile on treadmill 24. 25. 26. 27. 28. 29. 30. |
April Goal, 30-45min walking 5 days a week.
I'm editing this as I won't be home for the rest of the month, and haven't done anything so far. |

April Goal-Treadmill 4 days a week; weights/ab routine 3 days 1-30 minutes treadmill 15 minutes lunges/pushups/abs 2 - off 3 - off 4 -15 minutes treadmill 7 minutes lunges/pushups/abs 5 -30 minutes treadmill 15 minutes lunges/pushups/abs 6 -30 minutes treadmill 15 minutes lunges/pushups/abs 7 -off 8 -worked double shift for Easter--LOTS of stairclimbing, lol 9 -off 10 -30 crunches, lol...I was WAY too lazy 11 -stairs-31 times 12 -34 minutes treadmill 15 minutes lunges/pushups/abs 13 -34 minutes treadmill 15 minutes lunges/pushups/abs VERY busy day at work 14 -18 minutes treadmill 7 minutes lunges/pushups/abs VERY busy day at work 15 -VERY busy day at work 16 -off 17 -off 18 -36 minutes treadmill 15 minutes lunges/abs 19 -36 minutes treadmill 7 minutes/abs 20 -worked-very busy 21 -18 minutes treadmill 7 minutes/abs very busy work 22 -worked-very busy 23 -42 minutes treadmill 20 minutes abs/arm weights 24 -one set of arm weights 25 -double shift at work 26 -nada 27 -30 minutes abs and arms and work. I have to learn to include work, but not as an excuse. I'm so using it as an excuse for cardio right now. *note to self* 28 -zilch 29-5 minutes arms 30-cleaned house for an hour |
