Is anyone here on the Protien Power Lifeplan? I got the book and have started to read it. It seems to make good sense and this week I cut out desserts and bread. I also lowered my fruit intake. I have lost 3.5 pounds. I recently went on a med for about 10 days and I think it might contribute to my recent weight gain.....but I know it is not all of it.
Anyway...what is the difference between Atkins and Protien Power?
I finish the meds today so I am going to start full time on Protien Power Monday after I go to the commissary tomorrow.
