Starting induction on Monday and need some help
I'm starting induction on Monday and I have read the book Atkins for Life. I have a few questions though. It says to eat lots of protein, fish, chicken, eggs, beef etc. and 3 cups of salad greens or 2 cups of salad greens and 1 cup of non/low starchy veggies. They give me broccoli as an example. Are there any other vegetables that I can eat besides broccoli?
