Well Today I work until 5:00 but I get home for lunch. So this AM I am going to have a little Nutletts Cereal, with a splash of cream and a tablespoon of Blueberries. For lunch I will have a chicken salad, and tonight probably pork chops with Cauliflower and Broccoli. That is the plan anyway. Would love to know what you are planning. Judy

Tonight I´m making my own salad with grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumber and egg I don´t like dressings so that will be about it

b-1/2 c H/F cold cereal with peaches,1c soy milk
l-L/C b-l-t plate
d-fish fillet w ) broccoli
exercise:30M[bike]water:80 oz

Well today is Wednesday, but yesterday was a crazy day. I will have a couple of HB eggs for breakfast, lunch will be a salad, and dinner will be left over lc soup. Have a great day everyone.
