My birthday is tomorrow and DH and I are going out to celebrate, then my family is taking me to lunch on Sunday. I have decided to be bad... Get it out of my system one last time then start back strong on Monday and stay strong ! I still gotta meet my Feb. goal

Started back losing weight with plain ol' diet and exercise at 221 lbs (March 27, '07)
I know what you mean! I finally hit the 20 lb. loss mark last week, so I was "bad" on the weekend. I set me back a little, but sometimes it's important to have something you have been avoiding so you don't feel so deprived...as long as you jump back on the wagon. I did, and now I'm back to what I was last week at this time. Have fun, and happy birthday!
