Great going Nona and BB
1. 14lbs gone by March 1st.
2. Consistent workouts
3. Continue to control food intake, and sugar.
4. Have some muscle definition in my arms by the 1st
5. Keep my appointment with new Trainer on the 28th.
Now for my list of excuses
Im not going to list them....because thats all it is, excuses.
I did fairly well with my workouts and my exercise. Nothing else was controlled, no muscle definition, and I cancelled my appointment with the trainer because I wasnt even close to where I wanted to be.
So....Im starting over today.
